At Qovira, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.
However, if the item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, the return shipping cost will be covered by us after verification of the issue.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at admin@qovira.online so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item (once the return is accepted) and place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
